Batgirl
This project depicts my background in Character Design. My objective for this project was to recreate a well known character in a 1950s campy style. I chose to work with Batgirl and reflect a style similar to the Batman of the 1950s. I decided to use the old school blue, grey, and yellow costume to achieve this look.
For the background I wanted to create a look that would make the character stand out. The bridge was created in Adobe Illustrator and was based on a photograph I took of the Brooklyn Bridge. The moon was created with several layers, however... I used Photoshop Brushes of coffee spills to give it a textured look.
